All orders over $500 will receive free international shipping.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@classyclaws.ca within 30 days of your purchase.

Q&A's:
What do I use to secure the nail charms / studs on my nails?
Natural Nails: Use a few drops of nail glue on finished manicure and place charm on the desired area. You can also bring the charms to your favourite nail tech during your next appointment!
For studs, we usually stick them on wet polish and once dried, cover it with one or two layers of good topcoat and they will stay in place for a week or more without nail glue. This method can also work with some of our smaller charms.

What should I do if the product I want is out of stock on the website or you don't carry it?
Please sign up for the "Email Me When Available" notification on the sold out product page. We will send a email to let you know when the product you want is back in stock!

No sorry. Items are NOT sold in-store at Classy Claws.
I live in BC, and would like to avoid shipping charges, may I opt out of shipping?
Yes, we offer scheduled in-store pick up. When you're placing your order opt of "In-store pick-up" and add the date and time you'd like to come pick up your order to the notes section.

Yes, both professionals and hobbyists can purchase from Classy Claws Supply Co.
What are your hours?
We are available for support by phone and email from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (PST), Monday through Friday. Since we are online, orders can be placed 365 days a year!
