Orders will ship from Vancouver within 1 - 5 business days, a tracking number will be provided for your shipment. For standard shipping, packages generally take anywhere from 3 - 5 business days to reach its destination. All orders over $300 will receive free complimentary standard shipping. Please email us if you need your items sooner, we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

All orders over $500 will receive free international shipping.
Most of our orders reach destination within 2 weeks, however depending on the customs at the country of destination, it may take up to 30 business days or more. Unfortunately, because we have no control over the customs, once the package leave our shop we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
In addition, please note that Classy Claws Supply Co. will not be responsible for any additional customs fees that your country's custom may charge.
All orders, including ones with expedited shipping, have a 3-5 business days processing time in addition to the estimated delivery time. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Classy Claws Supply Co. cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, customs and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc.

What do I use to secure the nail charms / studs on my nails?
Natural Nails: Use a few drops of nail glue on finished manicure and place charm on the desired area. You can also bring the charms to your favourite nail tech during your next appointment!
For studs, we usually stick them on wet polish and once dried, cover it with one or two layers of good topcoat and they will stay in place for a week or more without nail glue. This method can also work with some of our smaller charms.
Artificial Enhancements: Use a few drops of nail glue or a small wet bead of acrylic on a wiped inhibition layer and place charm on the desired area.
For studs, we usually stick them on uncured top gel and once cured, cover it with one or two layers of gel topcoat and they will stay in place for a week or more without nail glue. This method can also work with some of our smaller charms.
What should I do if the product I want is out of stock on the website or you don't carry it?

Yes, we offer scheduled in-store pick up. When you're placing your order opt of "In-store pick-up" and add the date and time you'd like to come pick up your order to the notes section.
